Recommended Dosage

One sachet daily. Dilute the contents of the sachet in cold water and wait a few seconds before drinking. May also be sprinkled on cold foods, just prior to eating.

Bulking agent: maltodextrin, fructo-oligosaccharides, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus*, Lactococcus lactis*, Lactobacillus casei.(*Grown on milk)

Each 2g sachet contains:
Lactococcus lactis 1.25 billion cfu (colony forming units), Lactobacillus casei 1.25 cfu, Lactobacillus acidophilus 1.25 billion cfu, Bifidobacterium bifidum 1.25 billion cfu, Fructo-oligosaccharides 300mg.
