When I was on a tour in the UK it was shortly after my father died and I was having a lot of anxiety...verging on panic attacks. I happened in on a health food store who recommended Quiet Life. I have tried to take pharmecuticals in the past, but nothing helped. Quiet Life was so perfect. It took the "edge" off so that I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. I bought a couple of bottles to bring home and just took it as needed. My mom got sick shortly there after and Quiet Life and a heaven send to help get me through it. The tightness in the chest (anxiety), the constant adrenalin shakes, even the sorrow crying is all eased by what we refer to at home as my little pink pill. Thank you Lanes. You have a winner!

Love these little herbal pills ! My 'miracle find '. After suffering dreadful insomnia for weeks, and not wanting to keep taking sleeping pills, a pharmacist recommended quiet life. I personally take just the three before bed, and not the 4 pills during the day. Amazing! I now drop off to sleep quite quickly, and if I am woken up,(usually by the 2 year old,) I have no problems getting back to sleep. I have recommended Quiet Life to 5 friends, all with positive feedback. Different things work for different people, but these work. Actually, might try taking them during the day to ease the stress ( kids !!! ). Also, need to add, I find they don't make you feel groggy in the morning.
