Recommended Dosage

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years of age: Two tablets to be taken twice a day after meals.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per tablet:
Dandelion Root Powder 100mg, Powdered Buchu - dry extract from 45mg (15mg), Powdered Parsley Piert - dry extract from 45mg (15mg), Powdered Uva Ursi - dry extract from 45mg (18mg).
Other ingredients: Sucrose, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, purified talc, titanium dioxide, acacia, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, mastercote SP0933 dark grey, croscarmellose sodium, shellac, beeswax, carnauba wax.

Cautions

Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Not to be taken during pregnancy or lactation without consulting your doctor.

Other Information

If water retention is a problem at any time or pre-menstrual, HRI Water Balance Tablets are the natural answer. I found them very good, but over use them and your body will get very weak. Only use for one week before period or the body will lose too much water causing the weakness
