Recommended Dosage

Aldults, the elderly and children of 12 years of age: Three or four tablets to be taken one hour before bedtime.

Ingredients

Powdered vervain, dry extract from 180mg (45mg), powdered passiflora, dry extract from 90mg (16.82mg), powdered wild lettuce, dry extract from 90mg (22.5mg), Vervain powder 60mg, powdered hops BHP 30mg, sucrose, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, purified talc, acacia, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, mastercote grey SP0933, stearic acid, titanium dioxide, shellac, carnauba wax, beeswax.

Cautions

Children under 12 years of age: not recomended.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Not to be taken durin pregnancy and lactation without consulting your doctor.
Side effects are unusual with this precription. If you notice anything unusual tell your doctor or pharmacist.
