I have been taking this for quite a while. I am of dark asian skin colour and I have found this product to be helpful in controlling minor bouts of spot and pimples, hence, helping to limit acne scarring which are often left behind when spots have healed. However, when I have been under a lot of pressure or stress and have eaten badly, slept very little and have been exhausted - it only helps to limit the break out rather than stop it completely. For something which is very cheap and natural, with no known side effects, I would reccomend you take it.

This product was fantastic when I was 17 and it helped a lot with my medium acne I'm now getting spots again at 22 (why does God hate me?) So I'm going to purchase more without hesitation. I'd recommend to anybody!

This is a great natural way to have clear skin. I'd tried every topical remedy known to man with very little success but after a month of taking these my skin was virtually spot-free It's thanks to these that I had spotless skin on my wedding day.

Been using for couple of months, its going ok but for some reason it doesnt help much prior to my periods, but after it clears the skin of scars....really just want advice...how long have you got to use it to get clear skin? and am I using the right stuff?

Ive been taking this product for about 3 weeks and so far have no result.I Have maybe bigger spots coming up? Why isnt it working?

I have been using clear complexion 4 about 5 months and love it. My skin is so much clearer and softer and it even clears up my excema! I noticed results after a month or so but if I miss a few days I do break out quite badly and my excema comes bk

The ultimate for eliminating spots. I had spots throughout my teenage years, even after I took Roaccutanne, which is a very strong prescription drug for acne. HRI Clear Complexion got rid of all my spots and prevented any breakouts. If you've tried everything else I would strongly recommend these tablets!

I have been taking 2 tablets a day for 3 weeks and I have noticed my spots disappeared and fade very quickly, I have now reduced to taking just one a day. I was very impressed with them as I've always had spots around my chin area for a long time. I have tried various other products with no success. It's nice to know something has worked especially since I have really dry skin.
