This cake aims to bring a delicious luxury product to people avoiding gluten ( which is present in wheat, rye, barley, and oats). Using straightforward ingredients and Village bakery knowledge, delicious products are made for discerning food lovers.

All the ingredients are from organic farmers, who work with nature to build the health of the soil, plants and people, whilst restricting the use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides.

Ingredients

Raw cane sugar, free range pasteurised egg, sunflower oil, stem ginger (10%) (ginger root, raw cane sugar), ground almonds, brown rice flour, manioc starch,buckwheat flour, ground ginger, raising agent: gluten free baking powder (monocalciumn phosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, calcium sulphate); low sodium sea salt.
