Product Details

Maybe its the succulent sweetness of sultanas, raisins, dates and apricots, the hint of apple or the silky smooth brown rice syrup that makes our gluten free fruit cake so special. Add a little aromatic cinnamon and a wonderfully warm sprinkling of festive spices and you have a delicious Christmas tradition in the making. Savour it by the fire when the snow is falling, or if you're feeling particularly generous, indulge a friend and make their Christmas too!

Sultanas 24%, raisins 12%, ground almonds, free range eggs, sunflower oil, brown rice syrup, dates 8%, apricots 5%, concentrated apple juice 4%, manioc flour, molasses, cinnamon, mixed spice, raising agent: baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate). Total fruit content 49%
