Organic apricot and brandy Christmas pudding.

Product Details

Luxury Christmas pudding sweetened with apricots, vine fruits, dates and cranberries, seasoned with festive spice and laced with brandy.

Cooking Instructions

Remove lid from the bowl and pour a teaspoon of orange juice or brandy over the pudding. Replace the lid. Steam for 1.5 hours or microwave (650W at full power) for 3.5 minutes. Turn the pudding out of its basin and serve with cream, yogurt or sauce of your choice.

Apricots 13%, sultanas 13%, concentrated apple juice, raw cane sugar, sunflower oil, free range eggs, brandy 6%, rye flour, Borodinsky breadcrumbs (rye flour, water, molasses, barley malt, sea salt, coriander), dates 4%, raisins 4%, cashew nuts, dried cranberries 2%, cardamom, cinnamon, sea salt.
