Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium, a vital trace mineral. The human body uses it to produce antioxidant enzymes needed for a healthy immune system. Selenium also affects the functioning of certian brain chemicals; low selenium status is ssociated with depression, anxiety and negative moods.
Since 1976, the village bakery has been baking wholesome and distinctive bread and cakes. They do not use any improvers, flour treatment agents, preservatives, emulsifiers, enzyme-based crumb softeners or shelf life extenders. They ferment all their organic doughs slowly because, in real bread, time equals flavour. It's that simple - as they hope you will agree.

Water, wheat flour, wholemeal flour, brazil nuts 13%, linseeds 6%, coriander, sea salt.
