Recommended Dosage

Take 2-3 tablets a day with meals.
Chidren: 5-11 years, 1 a day
11-14 years, 2 a day
or as your health professional advises.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: natural lithothamnion calcaera; calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopherol acetate) (bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose), calcium ascorbate, magnesium oxide, niacin(as nicotinamide), magnesium ascorbate, calcium pantothenate, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, choline bitartrate, flow agent: magnesium stearate,zinc citrate,inositol,hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, colour: caramel; vitamin A acetate (antioxidant: dl-alpha tocopherol; anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; anti-caking agent: stearic acid; maganese citrate, sodium borate, beta carotene (from soya) l-selenomethionine, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, standardised natural kelp, pyridoxine hydrochloride, biotin (bulking agents: rice flour, calcium carbonate), chromium picolinate, folic acid, copper citrate, phytomenadione, cyanocobalamin, ergocalciferol.
