Recommended Dosage

For fast results double the dosage for the first 3 weeks. when maximum results are obtained, lower the nightly dose by 1 capsule every 2 weeks to achieve the lowest dose that controls snoring.

Adults take by weight, 30 - 45 minutes prior to bed time:
Up to 9 stone (57.3kg) 1 capsule
Over 9 stone (57.3kg plus) 2 capsules.
