Product Details

Zylosweet provides a naturally occurring sugar called xylitol. Xylitol has all the sweetness og sugar but with 40% fewer calories, and a GI of only 7, is ideal as part of a weight loss programme. Zylosweet has minimal impact on blood sugar and insuline requirements.

Very satisfying if sugar is a no-no for you, as it behaves in the exact same way in cooking and flavour, but not 1 candida symptoms... but it really upset my stomach so... Occasionally, if cravings are unbearable, it can be useful, but to me it is not at all a natural, nor an essential product.
