Product Details

Fructo-Oligosaccharides powder can be used to nourish healthy digestive flora, to keep waste matter soft and moist for easy bowel function and can also be used as a healthy alternative to sugar and sweeteners.

Recommended Dosage

Sprinkle half a level teaspoon a day onto cereal or fruit, or stir into juice, building gradually to 2-3 level teaspoons a day (children over 5 years, a quarter of a level teaspoon a day, building gradually to 1 level teaspoon a day), or as your health professional advises.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Other Information

Added benefit may be obtained by taking probiotic bacteria such as Probio-Daily or Probio-Easy for 2-3 days before starting and whilst continuing to take FOS (Fructo-oligosaccharides). Can also be used to sweeten hot drinks and baking.

Does not contain: salt, starch, soya, wheat, gluten, maize, corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
