I consume cold pressed coconut oil on a regular basis and have had a shock to find my cholesterol is no higher eating all the saturated fat! in-fact it is 1 - 2 points lower! Don't know how that works but it does!

Best butter substitute for baking - Mon 4th Jul 2011
Was introduced to this brand by the author of Babycakes. The only coconut oil I have tried that do not smell or taste of coconut. Excellent as a butter substitute in baking. The only downside is the price.
