Product Details

They provide optimum levels of all nutrients, including high potency minerals. Contains Vitamin A. Do not take if pregnant or planning pregnancy. May not be suitable for people with a fish or crustacean allergy.

Recommended Dosage

Children 4 years and over, chew 1 tablet a day for every 3 years of age up to a maximum of 3 tablets per day, or crush and sprinkle on desserts.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.

Ingredients

Fructose, sweetener: sorbitol, raspberry, bulking agent: natural lithamnion calcarea, sodium ascorbate, magnesium oxide, apricot, blackcurrant juice, beetroot juice concentrate, ascorbic acid, thickener: carrageenan, d-alpha tocopherol acetate, flow agent: magnesium stearate, cranberry juice, riboflavin, niacinamide, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine HCL, ferrous fumarate, natural kelp, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, zinc citrate, raspberry flavour, calcium d-pantothenate, silicon dioxide, blackcurrant flavour, vitamin A acetate, cyanocobalamin, manganese citrate, d-biotin, l-selenomethionine, folic acid, ergocalciferol, chromium picolinate.

360µg Vitamin A, 1.25µg Vitamin D2, 6.67mg Vitamin E, 80mg Vitamin C, 3mg Vitamin B1, 4mg Vitamin B2, 4mg Vitamin B3, 4mg Pantothenic acid, 3mg Vitamin B6, 15µg Folic Acid, 2µg Vitamin B12, 15µg Biotin, 25mg Calcium, 20mg Magnesium, 2mg Iron, 2mg Zinc, 0.5mg Manganese, 5µg Chromium, 5µg Selenium, 60µg Iodine, 2.3mg Silicon. Contains fructose.

B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal.
