Energy Breakfast Shake with cranberry & spirulina Start the day with this delicious, energy-boosting shake, with Sunflower, Sesame and Pumpkin seeds, Quinoa, Rice protein and Beet fibre for protein and fibre. Tasty, with tangy Cranberry and blue-green Spirulina. This shake provides B Complex vitamins to help optimise energy levels and Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, which slows the ageing process and supports the immune system. Energy Breakfast Shake is high in fibre and low in fat. It also provides complex carbohydrates for slow energy release through the morning and is flavoured and sweetened with whole apples.

Usage

Blend 3 rounded scoops (30g) with half a pint of skimmed milk, soya milk, rice milk or fruit juice and a piece of fruit

Apples, potato maltodextrin, Rice protein, organic ground Quinoa, white beetroot fibre, Spirulina, Apple pectin, ground Sesame, Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds, Cranberries, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL), vitamin B1 (thiamine HCL), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folic acid, biotin, vitaminB12 (cyanocobalmin)
