Recommended Dosage

Take 4 capsules a day, or as your health professional advises. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Ingredients

Hydrolysed collagen (from fish, including tilapia and Nile perch), capsule shell: gelatine; borage oil powder (carrier: potato maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, antioxident:mixed tocopherols, silicon dioxide, vitamin c (as calcium ascorbate), calcium pantothenate, methyl sulphonyl methane, flow agent: magnesium stearate, zinc citrate, pyridoxine HCL, d-biotin. Does not contain sugar, salt, wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings. This product is not tested on animals.

Nutritional Information

Four capsules typically provide: Vitamin C 100mg, Vitamin B6 (pyrodoxine HCL) 10mg, Biotin 80ug, Panthotenic acid (vitamin B5) 100ug, Zinc 6mg, Collagen 1200mg, GLA 40mg, Methyl Sulphony Methane 100mg, Silicon 140mg.
