Normal blood pressure and healthy lipid levels (e.g triglycerides) are important for healthy arteries, heart, and blood circulation.
Red Sterol Complex provides cinnamon bar, red yeast rice and plant sterols - important for healthy arteries, heart and blood circulation. Red yeast rice has been eaten in China for centuries by fermenting rice with monascus purpureus. Once fermented, the yeast is inactivated. This red rice is thought to be helpful in maintaining balanced blood lipid levels.

Plant sterols are fats that are found in many fruits, vegetables, nut, seeds and vegetable oils. They help maintain a healthy heart and arteries. Red Sterol Complex provides the plant sterols beta sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol and brassicasterol. The anti oxidant Vitamin E helps protect blood lipids against the harmful effects of oxidation.

Recommended Dosage

Adults take 2 tablets a day after meals for 12 weeks, then maintain at 2-3 tablets a day or as your health professional advises. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (sillicon dioxide); plant sterols (from soya), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; flow agent: magnesium stearate; red yeast rice powder, natural vitamin E (as d-aplha tocopheryl succinate), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating (glycerine), cinnamon bark extract 30:1.

Other Information

A daily source of vitamin C beta carotene and co-enzyme Q10 is also recommended.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
The total dietary intake (from foods and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3g a day. About Plant Sterols
