Recommended Dosage

One capsule per day with your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Do not chew. The benefits of the ingredients in Wellwoman are thought to build over time. A regular course is therefore recommended.

Ingredients

Pharmaceutical grade gelatin (German capsule shell), soya bean oil, glycerine, evening primrose oil, magnesium oxide, starflower oil, hard vegetable prep, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), niacin (as nicotinamide), vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol prep), natural orange oil, para-aminobenzoic acid, vitamin B6 (as HCl), beeswax, lecithin, ferrous fumarate, zinc sulphate, thiamin (vitamin B1) mononitrate), citrus bioflavonoids complex), pantothenic acid (as calcium salt), riboflavin (vitamin B2), natural source colour (iron oxide), manganese sulphate, natural mixed carotenoids (betatene), copper sulphate, folacin (as folic acid), selenium (as sodium selenite), vitamin K (as vitamin K prep), biotin, chromium glycine chelate, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep), vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol prep).

Nutritional Information

Each capsule contains on average:
Starflower Oil 100mg, Evening Primrose Oil 100mg, Vitamin D (as D3 200IU) 5µg (100% RDA), Vitamin E (natural source) 30mg (300% RDA), Vitamin C 60mg (100% RDA), Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 10mg (714% RDA), riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5mg (313% RDA), Niacin (Vitamin B3) 36mg (200% RDA), Vitamin B6 20mg (1000% RDA), Folacin (as Folic Acid) 400µg (200% RDA), Vitamin B12 20µg (2000% RDA), Biotin 0.05mg (33% RDA), Pantothenic Acid 6mg (100% RDA), Vitamin K 90µg, Natural Mixed Carotenoids 2mg, Iron 12mg (86% RDA), Magnesium 100mg (33% RDA), Zinc 12mg (80% RDA), Manganese 2.5mg, Copper 1.5mg, Selenium 100µg, Chromium 50µg. Each capsule also contains PABA 30mg, Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex 10mg.

Cautions

This product contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to young children.
