To help keep bones strong and healthy, you must receive enough of certain nutrients in your diet every day. Osteocare® has been scientifically developed on the very latest research to help maintain strong bones and teeth. Its natural source mineral calcium is the most concentrated form of calcium available.
As well as calcium, other specific nutrients such as magnesium are vital for bone metabolism. Most of the body's magnesium is found in the bones. Because this mineral is so important for bones, Osteocare's unique formula provides magnesium (300mg), plus an ideal balance of zinc (10mg) and calcium (800mg) both at full RDA (recommended daily allowance) levels.

Recommended Dosage

Two tablets daily with a main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink.

Calcium Carbonate (Acacia), Magnesium Hydroxide, Zinc Sulphate, Disintegrant Crosslinked Corboxymethylcellulose Sodium), Bulking agent: Maltodextrin, Anti-Caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Sodium Borate, Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol, DL Alpha Tocopherol), Copper sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Selenium (Sodium Selenate)

Average per 2 tablets:
Vitamin D (as D3 400 IU) 10µg, Calcium 800mg, Magnesium 300mg, Zinc 10mg, Copper 1000µg, Manganese 0.5mg, Selenium 50µg, Boron 0.6mg.
