Recommended Dosage

One capsule per day with or immediately after main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Wellman should only be taken on a full stomach.

Ingredients

Microcystalline cellulose, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), magnesium oxide, arginine, garlic powder, ginseng powder (Siberian), methionine, niacin (as nicotinamide), para aminobenzoic acid, vitamin E natural source (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate prep), zinc sulphate, thiamin (as mononitrate), citrus bioflavonoids complex, pantothenic acid (as calcium salt), silicon (as silica gel), vitamin B6 (as HCl) ferrous fumarate, natural mixed carotenoids (betatene), riboflavin (as vitamin B2), manganese sulphate, natural source colours (titanium dioxide, iron oxide), copper sulphate, vitamin A (as acetate prep), folacin (as folic acid), potassium iodide, selenium (as sodium selenate), biotin, chromium glycine chelate, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep), vitamin D (as cholecalciferol prep).
