Recommended Dosage

One capsule per day with or immediately after main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Wellman should only be taken on a full stomach.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: microcystalline cellulose, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), magnesium oxide, l-carnitine tartrate, zinc sulphate, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol acid succinate), niacin (as nicotinamide), para amino benzoic acid, ferrous fumerate, citrus bioflavonoids, pantothenic acid (as calcium salt), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HC1), vitamin A (acetate), natural mixed carotenoids (betacarotene, modified starch, corn starch, glucose syrup, antioxidants, dl alpha tocopherol sodium ascorbate), maganese sulphate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, hydroxpropylmethycellulose, riboflavin, siberian ginseng extract, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol (carriers: acacia, sucrose, corn starch, medium chain triglycerides, antioxidant: dl-alpha tocopherol), copper sulphate, co-enzyme Q10, folacin (as folic acid)sodium selenate, chromium trichloride, potassium iodide, biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
