Recommended Dosage

Children 1-3yrs: 1/2 teaspoonful daily.
Children 4-6yrs: 1/2 teaspoonful twice daily.
Children 7-12yrs: 1 teaspoonful 1-2 times daily.
Adults: 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily.
During menstruation or pregnancy, one teaspoonful 3 times daily is recommended.
Feroglobin B12 can be continued for as long as required.

Ingredients

Purified water, raw cane sugar, syrup of glucose, malt, honey, lysine, natural flavouring: fruit extract, citric acid, xanthan gum, extract of beetroot and carrots, calcium glycerophosphate, vitamin C, niacin (as nicotinamide), iron ammon. Citrate complex, zinc sulphate, thiamin (as HCI), preservative: potassium sorbate, pantothenic acid (as D-panthenol), vitamin B6 (as HCI), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), copper sulphate, manganese sulphate, folacin (as folic acid), iodine (as potassium iodide), vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep).

Cautions

This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to young children.

I am 71 now. I usually use different multivitamins capsules. I started Feroglobin syrup few months ago with the advice of a doctor for muscle pain, fatigue etc. I have very good results and lot of benefit from this preparation. This syrup is very good for body pains and general weakness. I now sleep well and wake up fresh. I do not see any side effects or bad taste.

I use this for my two year old, who refuses to eat meat. I find it reassuring to give him a supplement that's safe for this age group with iron and B12 in. I just wish it had more detail in dosage as jumping up from 2.5ml to 5ml once a child turns three years old seems a big difference. Apart from that one little issue, my son seems to take it without problem and likes the flavour. I must warn you though, the bottle gets very sticky, whatever you do to avoid it becoming so!
