Product Details

Recommended Dosage

One tablet (green blister) per day, plus one capsule (pink blister) per day. Swallow each with a glass of water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed.
Do not exceed recommended intake. Pregnacare tablets and capsules should only be taken on a full stomach.

Ingredients

Tablets: Tablet Binder: (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) magnesium oxide, bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), ferrous fumarate, zinc sulphate, tablet coating (hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, natural source colours: titanium dioxide, iron oxides), Vitamin E natural source (D-Alpha tocopheryl acid succinate), lubricants: stearic acid, magnesium stearate, niacin (as nicotinamide), flow agent: silicon dioxide, croscarmelose sodium (disintegrant), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), natural mixed carotenoids (betacarotene), pantothenic acid (as calcium salt), thiamine (vitamin B1 mononitrate), Vitamin D (cholecalciferol, (carriers: acacia, corn starch, medium chain triglycerides, DL-alpha tocopherol), copper sulphate, rioboflavin, vitamin K, folacin (folic acid), potassium iodide, biotin, sodium selenate.

Capsules: Omega-3 fish oil (docosahexaenoic acid concentrate), capsule shell: (pharmaceutical grade gelatin, glycerin, natural flavour lemon oil).

If you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), do not take the tablets except on the advice of a doctor.
This product contains iron, which if taken in excess by very young children may be harmful.
