Chew two tablets daily. These chewable tablets are not designed to be swallowed whole.

Ingredients

Calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, dextrose, sucrose, flavours: natural orange (soya bean oil) & peppermint, anticaking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide & mangesium stearate, zinc oxide, sodium borate, copper sulphate (soya bean oil), vitamin D (DL-alpha tocopherol, cholecalciferol), manganese sulphate, sweetener: sucralose, sodium selenate.

Calcium 800mg, Magnesium 300mg, Zinc 10mg, Copper 1mg, Manganese 0.5mg, Selenium 50µg, Vitamin D (as D3 220IU) 5µg, Boron 0.6mg
