Recommended Dosage

One Menopace tablet per day plus one Botanical tablet per day. Swallow each with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. These tablets should only be taken on a full stomach.
A general multivitamin is not necessary in addition to Menopace.

Vitamin & Mineral Tablet: Bulking agents: calcium hydrogen phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), tablet coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, natural source colours (titanium dioxide, copper chlorophyllin), anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, zinc sulphate, vitamin E natural source (D-alpha tocopheryl succinate), pantothenic acid (as calcium salt), para amino benzoic acid, thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1), niacin (as nicotinamide), vitamin B12 (maltodextrin, cyanocobalamin), vitamin A (vitamin A acetate), soy isoflavanoids, ferrous fumarate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI), crosslinked carboxymethylcellulose sodium, riboflavin (vitamin B2), copper sulphate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), manganese sulphate, folacin (as folic acid), sodium selenate, potassium iodide, chromium trichloride, biotin.

Per Active Botanical Tablet:
Soya Isoflavone extract 100mg, Sage extract 250mg, Green tea extract (standardised extract 50% polyphenols) 50mg, Flaxseed lignans (standardised SDG 20%) 50mg.
