Recommended Dosage

One tablet per day with or immediately after your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink.
Menopace® should only be taken on a full stomach.

Ingredients

Magnesium hydroxide, microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B6 (as HCl), citrus bioflavonoids, vitamin E natural source (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate prep), pantothenic acid (as calcium salt), para-aminobenzoic acid, niacin (as nicotinamide), zinc sulphate, soy isoflavones, thiamin (vitamin B1 mononitrate), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polydextrose, ferrous fumarate, natural colourings: (titanium dioxide, copper chlorophyll), magnesium stearate, riboflavin (vitamin B2), silicon dioxide, magnesium silicate prep, manganese sulphate, sodium borate, medium chain triglycerides, copper sulphate, vitamin A acetate, folacin (as folic acid), potassium iodide, selenium (as sodium selenate), chromium glycine chelate, biotin, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep), vitamin D (as cholecalciferol prep).

Each tablet provides on average:
Vitamin A (2500iu) 750µg (94% RDA), Vitamin D (200iu) 5µg (100% RDA), Vitamin E (natural source) 30mg (300% RDA), Vitamin C 45mg (75% RDA), Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 10mg (714% RDA), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5mg (312% RDA), Niacin (Vitamin B3) 20mg (111% RDA), Vitamin B6 40mg (2000% RDA), Folacin (as Folic Acid) 500µg (250% RDA), Vitamin B12 9µg (900% RDA), Biotin 0.03mg (20% RDA), Pantothenic Acid 30mg (500% RDA), PABA 25mg, Iron 6mg (42% RDA), Magnesium 100mg (33% RDA), Zinc 15mg (100% RDA), Iodine 225µg (150% RDA), Manganese 2mg, Copper 1mg, Chromium GTF (chelated), Selenium 100µg, Bovon (soluble) 2mg, Soy Isoflavone extract 20mg (providing the active constituents: Diadzein 1.1mg, Glycetine 0.77mg, Genistein 0.33mg).

Cautions

This product contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to young children.

Other Information

Menopace® can be taken alongside or independently of Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT). It can be continued after the menopause for as long as required.
