Recommended Dosage

As a food supplement, take 25ml twice daily, direct or mixed with water or fruit juice.

100% natural aloe vera juice, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, citric acid,ascorbic acid.

Cautions

Avoid use whilst pregnant or breast-feeding. Not suitable for infants.

Calms my guts - Wed 25th Apr 2012
My IBS has been a lot more manageable and less painful since taking this aloe vera. I take 25ml a day and increase it if I've eaten anything that irritates my gut. It took about a month of taking it twice a day before it made any difference.
