Take 3 tablets a day with meals. Can be taken all at once or through the day.

Ingredients

Calcium carbonate, maltodextrin, cellulose, hypromellose, ferrous sulphate, ascorbic acid, maize starch, colour:(titanium dioxide),silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, sucrose, mannitol, acacia,triglycerides,vitamin D3, vitamin B12, anitoxidant (tocopherol).

3 Calcia tablets provides:
Vitamin D 7.5µg (150% RDA), Vitamin C 30mg (50% RDA), Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.4mg (100% RDA), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.6mg (100% RDA), Vitamin B6 2mg (100% RDA), Vitamin B12 1µg (100% RDA), Calcium 800mg (100% RDA), Iron 14mg (100% RDA).
