Product Details

Calcia is a unique combination of calcium with key vitamins and iron essential for a healthy body.
Calcium forms 99% of your bones, teeth and nails. Research shows that a balanced intake of calcium throughout life is crucial for the healthy development and maintenance of bones.
Although you stop growing in height in your mid-teens, your bones continue to strengthen and thicken well into your mid-thirties. After this time you start to lose calcium from your bones faster than it can be replaced, especially around the time of the menopause.
Your diet may not provide the the calcium you need, particularly if you lead a hectic lifestyle, miss meals or have a low fat diet, smoke or drink excess alcohol.
Calcia provides the optimum amount of calcium (equivalent to almost 2 pints of milk) with vitamin D to aid its absorption.
In addition, there's iron and vitamin B12 for healthy blood formation, with vitamin C to help absorb the iron. Vitamin B1, B2 and B6 are also included to help maintain your hormone balance.

Recommended Dosage

Take 3 tablets a day with meals. Can be taken all at once or through the day.

Calcium carbonate, maltodextrin, cellulose, hypromellose, ferrous sulphate, ascorbic acid, maize starch, colour:(titanium dioxide),silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, sucrose, mannitol, acacia,triglycerides,vitamin D3, vitamin B12, anitoxidant (tocopherol).

Vitamin D 7.5µg (150% RDA), Vitamin C 30mg (50% RDA), Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.4mg (100% RDA), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.6mg (100% RDA), Vitamin B6 2mg (100% RDA), Vitamin B12 1µg (100% RDA), Calcium 800mg (100% RDA), Iron 14mg (100% RDA).
