Recommended Dosage

Adults and children over 12: Take up to two tablets per day.

Ingredients

Dicalcium phosphate, guarana extract (10% caffeine), microcrystalline cellulose, Korean ginseng extract, cross- linked sodium carboxy methylcellulose, tablet coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified talk, colours: titanium dioxide and iron oxide), niacin (as nicotinamide), magnesium stearate, pantothenic acid (as calcium D pantothenate), silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCL), thiamin (as mononitrate), riboflavin, vitamin B12 prep (as cyanocobalamin), folic acid.

Nutritional Information

Each tablet provides:
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.4mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.6mg, Niacin 18mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 2.0mg, Folic Acid 200µg, Vitamin B12 1µg, Pantothenic Acid 6mg, Standardised extract of Guarana 400mg, Providing 10% natural Caffeine, Korean Ginseng 37.5mg, Providing 10 % Ginsenosides (equivalent to 300mg of ginseng root powder).

Cautions

This product is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breast feeding.
Consult your doctor before taking this product if you are diabetic, have a cardiovascular disorder or are undergoing antipsychotic or steroid therapy.

Other Information

Ginseng supplements are best taken for a 6-8 week period followed by a couple of weeks break to obtain the maximum benefit.

As a busy mum of two I decided to try these. The first day I took 1 tablet and didn't real notice a difference. The second day I decided to take 2 and boy could I tell the difference. I was able to run around the park for a hour with my children and felt I could go on, something I don't normally have the energy for.
