Recommended Dosage
Shake level teaspoon or more into fruit juice, blend into a smoothie, or stir into yogurt.
Usage
Spirulina is a food and so can be taken in relatively large quantities when needed. Take at least 6 per day, but you can take up to 3x this amount, either at once or throughout the day. Light sleepers may find the energising effect inhibits sleep so avoid late evenings.

Hawaiian Pacifica Spirulina is an easily digested wholefood containing an array of phyto-nutrients and enzymes. It is a rich source of the antioxidants beta-carotene, chlorophyll and phycocyanin. It is a good source of iron and vitamin B12.
Hawaiian Pacifica is grown without the use of herbicides and pesticides and contains no genetically modified material.

I've tried every leading brand, but I have to say that my favourite is this brand of spirulina from Hawaii, you can taste the difference. In fact I eat this more for the taste than the nutrient content! Other ones I've tried either taste overbearingly strong, or rancid.
