Recommended Dosage

Take one or two capsules per day with a meal. Two capsules per day are recommended initially for the first 90 days. After this period dosage can be reduced to one capsule per day.

Ingredients

Stabilised green lipped mussel extract 500mg per capsule, gelatin capsule (bovine).

Other Information

The benefits of Seatone® are thought to build over time, therefore a regular intake is recommended.
After some time taking Seatone® Maximum Strength 500mg capsules you may like to reduce your dosage further. Seatone Super Strength 350mg capsules are also available from Goodness Direct.
