Product Details

Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to help maintain brain function and improve hand-eye co-ordination as well as aiding concentration. While many fish oils have a nasty aftertaste this lemon and lime flavoured one is a little more pleasant.

Recommended Dosage

Adults and children aged 5 years and over: 2 teaspoons (10ml) daily with food or drink
Children aged 2-5 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily with food or drink.
Ideally the amounts should be taken half in the morning and half in the evening. If taking this product for the first time, amounts should be doubled for the first 12 weeks.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, DHA-rich tuna fish oil, Rigel evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis), lemon oil, natural source vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), lime flavour, thyme oil.

Natural Source Vitamin E 20mg (200% RDA), Fish Oil 560mg (providing DHA 120mg, EPA 33mg, AA 10.5mg), Evening Primrose Oil 211mg (providing GLA 24mg), Thyme Oil 0.4mg

Cautions

If you are using phenothiazine medication or have a history of epilepsy, consult your doctor before using this product.
This product should not be used in children under 2 years of age.

Long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids are a structural part of the brain playing an important role in vision and brain cell function. An adequate dietary intake of fatty acids will help maintain all aspects of brain funtion such as learning ability and co-ordination.
