Take a handful of salt paste and gently apply to your body using circular brushing strokes. Rinse with warm water and towel dry. Rest and enjoy the energising spa experience.

I usually get really itchy skin during winter but after using this product in the shower everyday my skin looks and feels much better and the itching has almost stopped. Highly recommend. - Wed 7th Mar 2007 This is a great product to use when brushing for a detox or to stimulate your system. Spread the salt cream on your body then take a good brush (natural bristle are best, but a firm one whatever) and brush towards your heart briskly .ie. legs upwards, arms upwards, everywhere inwards.
