Recommended Dosage

3 capsules 1-3 times daily with meals.

Ingredients

Fish body oil from deep sea water fish. capsule shell: gelatin, glycerine; antidoxdants: natural source vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), ascorbic acid, lecithin, flavouring: lemon oil.

Nutritional Information

per 3 capsules:
Vitamin E 4.5mg (6.7iu), Omega 3 Fatty Acids 500mg [of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 240mg, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 160mg].

Cautions

Not recommended for haemophiliacs. Consult a medical doctor if on anticoagulant medication.

Other Information

Omega 3 supplementation has had a beneficial effect on children with behaviour problems. It increases fat burning and helps to keep the skin supple and elastic. Fish oil has been well researched for its role in helping to support healthy joints.
