Product Details

Manuka honey has traditionally been valued for its healthy effects. Now science has helped explain the reason for these long-held beliefs, with New Zealand Manuka Honey gaining worldwide recognition for its unique properties.
Proplis contains high levels of active bioflavonoids, which have well know antioxidant properties. Propolis comes from natural resin and sap, part of the defence system of trees. Honey bees collect these materials, add special substances of their own, and turn them into propolis, which they use to protect the hive.

Recommended Dosage

Adults: Take two teaspoonsfuls (10ml) 2-4 times a day up to a maximum of 40ml. Can be mixed with warm water to take as a drink.
Children: Give one teaspoonful (5ml) 2-4 times a day, up to a maximum of 20ml. Dilute with warm water and sweeten with honey as necessary. Not to be given to children under two years of age without medical advice.

Ingredients

Each 10ml contains:
Multiflora honey, apple (malus spp) cider vinegar, manuka (Leptospermum scoparium) honey 1.3g, water, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), propolis extract 104mg, peppermint (Mentha piperita) oil, carrageenan, xanthan gum, eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) oil, clove (Syzygium aromaticum) leaf oil, tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) oil, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) oil, fenugreek (Trigonella feonum graecum) oleoresin.

Cautions

Bee propolis may cause a reaction in allergy sufferers

Contains only natural sugars from honey.
Contains no artificial sweeteners, colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Highly recommend this elixir - I had a dry cough for 3 weeks and nothing else worked. Had two doses of this elixir and miraculously my cough has stopped. Apparently the Propolis is antibacterial but this product will definitely alleviate your symptoms.
