Reviews Not at all like Marmite -
Wed 30th Jun 2010
This is totally delicious, tasting a little like the yummy caramelised bits you're left with at the bottom of the tray when you've been roasting chicken. It's nowhere near as salty as Marmite, so you can taste its flavour, rather than just a whole load of salt. It is my absolute favourite spread on toast at breakfast time, although it's also good mixed with tahin or peanut butter in sandwiches.Reviewer's Name:

I really like this, it's not too strong and tastes naturally salty so you don't really notice the reduced salt content. It's good spread with melted coconut oil on warm toast.Reviewer's Name:

Totally delicious with butter on crumpets or toasting muffins. We get a bit desperate if we run out of this stuff!Reviewer's Name:

Lovely tasting, salty, yeasty goo! Apply it to sandwiches to add a marmite-like flavour in or to dry crackers and breads. It uses sea salt which is important for me.Reviewer's Name:

You get what you pay for with this, as it is the best tasting yeast extract I've tried yet, and I've had every brand on sale! If you're a fan of yeasty speads you wont be disappointed with this product, it does have a more fluid consistency to other brands but that is not necessarily a negative. I also like to use this in cooking to add flavour to my sauces.Reviewer's Name:

The nicest yeast extract we have ever tried, delicious on toast and for adding to dishes that need a bit more flavour. It's quite expensive but worth every penny.Reviewer's Name:
