The longer you leave the bag in the sharper / fruitier the taste. I like it mild, so only leave the bag in for a few seconds. As a non-herbal drinker, I can recommend this one as not being too over-powering. As you get used to it, you can up the strength. And of course echinacea is so beneficial when you have a cold coming on.
