I've taken to sipping one of these rather soothing, warming Bedtime teas in the evening to calm down before bed time. It seems to calm my otherwise hyper active mind down a little and helps me to sleep well. I do sleep more deeply when I have sipped this spicy bedtime tea than when I have not. I'm sure it cant all be in my mind! Even if it is, it is such a lovely warm spicy flavour that I'd choose it anyway.
