Very salty tasting, looked a bit overcooked, and overal tasted a bit bland. Not the best trufree product out there!!

Delicious. You honestly wouldn't know the difference between these and normal wheat pretzels. Unlike a lot of gluten free stuff on this site (eg Doves farm biscuits) which are inferior to the "real thing".
Of course, they are in no way health food - just starch and nasty fats plus salt. But that is certianly NOT the point. The point is that when guests come round, or when watching a nice Saturday night movie on the sofa, these are an ideal snack that mean us gluten-free gang can indulge as much as anyone else.
One small note: the yeast extract stuff listed on the ingredients is just a clever way of hiding the name flavour enhancer: they are very more-ish and are certainly an excito-toxin. DON'T give them to your kids if they have ADD or are on the spectrum.
But for us grown-ups with a modest amount of self control (!) they are ideal.
