Smoked Mackerel Pate - Tue 31st Jan 2012
Flake 350 g smoked mackerel fillets into a large bowl. Stir in a bunch of thinly sliced spring onions (set aside a few to garnish), 200 g soft white cheese, a few drops of tabasco sauce, the juice of 1/2 lemon and some freshly ground black pepper until well blended. Chill until needed.
