Try... - Fri 18th May 2012
Try cutting four slices of bread in half diagonally. Place in a small baking dish, alternating with slices of banana and small dollops of strawberry jam. Pour over ready made custard and cook in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C/gas 3 for around 20-25 mins. Once cooked, sprinkle with brown sugar and grill for a further 2 minutes until golden.
