Great on toast, pancakes, porridge and in baking. When baking with Sweet Freedom keep the temperature to no more than 180 degrees C as cakes will brown a little faster than when sweetened with sugar.

No added sugar - Tue 9th Dec 2008
It can be the little extras that contain all the calories. Not with this 'no added sugar' cranberry sauce.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 - 15 minutes
Serves: 6 as a condiment
400g cranberries
150g Sweet Freedom
1 tbsp olive oil based spread / butter
zest & juice of 1 orange
50ml water
* The Biona cranberries are as near to natural as you can get in a packet, organic and with no added sweetener. Rinse the cranberries and put in a pan with the rest of the ingredients.
* On a high heat bring to a fast boil, and let the mixture bubble for a minute or two, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 -15 minutes.
* Allow to cool slightly and taste. If you need more sweetness add a little more Sweet Freedom at this point and simmer for a couple more minutes.
* Pour into the bowl / jar you will be serving it in and allow to cool.
If you're making in advance, store in the fridge once it has cooled completely.
