They use over 2kg of fruit for this wee 300g pot. Don't let the dark, treacle-coloured spread fool you. It is delicious! The apricot flavour is very strong (it overshadows the pear flavour). It's also very spreadable and seems to never go off (I had an opened pot in the back of my fridge for ages that I rediscovered and it was fine).
I love that this has no added sugar, too.

Awesome little pot of concentrated fruit goodness! A very adaptable ingredient, which could be used in many recipes to add sweetness and flavour.
