Mix 250 g jumbo oats, 50 g each of dried pineapple and dried mango (both snipped), 40 g mixed dried fruit (such as raisins, sultanas or berries), 300 ml milk and 150 ml pineapple juice. Cover and soak overnight in the fridge. When ready, stir 50 g desiccated coconut and 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey into the oats. Spoon into bowls and top with sliced bananas, yogurt and a little more agave syrup or honey, if you like.
