Perfect with pasta, but be adventurous and try mixing with mashed potato, adding to soups and casseroles, or spread on lightly toasted bread with slices of fresh tomato for the perfect snack.

There are also some great ways to use up leftover pesto,
toss it into your pasta dishes, it really tastes great.
Alternatively dip crudités and ciabatta into pesto for a great easy appetiser or side dish.
Drizzle pesto right over grilled or steamed courgettes and squash, this acts as great vegetable seasoning.
Spread pesto over your chicken-style sandwich slices for extra flavour and satisfaction or just freeze the extra pesto in an ice-cube tray to use another time in pasta dishes and soups

Absolutely the best vegan pesto in existence! - Sat 13th Feb 2010
I've tried many vegan pestos, and found that most of them didn't get anywhere near a real pesto. This one is perfect. The ingredients are just what they should be, and the taste is strong and lovely. Add nutritional yeast to make it even tastier, if you like.

This is brilliant as it is the only Pesto I have found that does not contain cheese and it also tastes fabulous.

Dairy free, sugar free, vinegar free.... but far from flavour free, you can
really taste the basil and garlic and pine nuts. Scrummy pesto which works
wonderfully on pasta, or as a spread, or if you're like me tasted from the jar whilst cooking on whatever is to hand, carrots, tea spoons, fingers mmmm.

Best vegan pesto ever, although a bit on the oily side, but that can be drained successfully. Flavour is awesome.
