Ready to use beans in hot & cold dishes. These tender, chunky and sweet beans are ideal for soups, casseroles and salads and are a useful source of fibre and protein.
Sourced from a village farmer's co-operative in rural Inner Mongolia, the beans are certified by the Fairtrade Foundation, Soil Association and the Vegetarian Society.

Cooking Instructions

Drain and rinse well. The beans are ready to use in hot and cold dishes. Once opened remove from tin and store in airtight container in the fridge. Ideal for soups, casseroles, chillis and salads. A useful source of fibre and protein.

Blend 400 g red kidney beans, 400 g cannellini beans, 400 g flageolet beans (all canned and drained), 4 tbsp sundried tomato paste, 4 tbsp vegetable stock or water, the juice of 1 lime and some salt and freshly ground black pepper until well mixed. Chill until needed.
