Sunflower oil 40%, water, palm oil, salt 0.8%, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids), vitamin E, natural flavouring, vitamin A, colour (natural carotene), vitamin D2, vitamin B12.

Spiced Biscuits - Mon 16th Jan 2012
In a bowl, beat together 80 g sunflower spread and 50 g caster sugar until creamy, then stir in 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 60 g golden syrup and 2 egg yolks. Sift in 250 g plain flour, 1 tsp ground ginger and 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Using your hands, bring the mixture together to form a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to a thickness of 1/2 cm. Cut out around 16 biscuits. Transfer the biscuits to a parchment lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C/gas 4 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Add some icing if you like.
