Truly delicious! Loaf feels very heavy and I was expecting it to be dry - but it was moist and tasty. Taste slightly like malted fruit loaf, only not as sweet. Would thoroughtly recomend.

Delicious fine grained bread. Nice topped with corn and barley malt syrup or with sardines or cherry spread. The dates in the bread seem to enrich the flavour of what you put on top of this organic sprouted bread

For the last two years I have bought this product from Holland and Barrett and it has allways have been very hard and tough to cut, I thought that's the way is was meant to be.
Buying it from here it is really fresh and soft like any other bread and tastes so much better,
