Oh my, what can I say about this bread?

It is gorgeous because it tastes like malt loaf, but without the added sugar. It can't really be called a bread as such as it's texture doesn't resemble a wheat free loaf.

I like it toasted with butter and pumpkin seed butter. Yum!!

Well it can't be more straightforward, just sprouted rye, and yet, what a lovely bread, with this soft, sweet taste and amazing chewy texture. As satisfying as a cake, and so much better for you, it will also keep you going for longer, with no sugar trap threatening!
Sunnyvale stuff is simply great.

This is the best sprouted bread I have found, as well as being the best wheat-free bread. It is very healthy, nutritious, moist and tasty. It is perfect eaten straight from the pack rather than having to toast it. The taste and texture mean that it can also be a guilt-free, healthy alternative to cake (especially when it has a topping on, such as a healthy nut butter).
