Sesame snaps are a brilliant snack that I like to gobble while driving. I heartily recommend the standard and chocolate versions. :-)

Lovely, healthy, crunchy and sweet, tastes like halva, but fills the spot. Very moreish though! They make an excellent alternative to biscuits and chocolate. You can also smash them up and use as a topping for ice cream or porridge.

These are basically made of sugar, so they are an alternative to sweets. I wouldn't buy them as a healthy snack, but more of a treat or energy fix. Of course, they are not as full of artificial extras as sweets and are probably more satisfying - just remember to make sure children clean their teeth, if they have them.
